Terms of Service
Last updated: March 18, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using StageBlind, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email and choose a pseudonymous handle. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Real names are never displayed on the platform.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant StageBlind a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform. Content must reflect personal experiences. Do not post content that names individuals, includes personal contact information, or is knowingly false.
4. Experience Sharing
StageBlind is a platform for sharing personal work experiences, not reviews. Posts should describe what happened to you, not make claims about specific individuals. This framing provides both legal protection and healthier community dynamics.
5. Moderation
StageBlind reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines. Removed content is soft-deleted (replaced with "[removed]") to maintain discussion context and audit trails. We do not permanently delete content except as required by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting personally identifiable information about others
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation
- Impersonation of other users
- Circumventing rate limits or automated scraping
7. Section 230 Notice
StageBlind is a platform for user-generated content protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We are not the publisher or speaker of user-submitted content. We moderate in good faith to maintain community standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
StageBlind is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content, including pay rates, working conditions, or scam reports. Always verify information independently before making career decisions.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
