Casting Call (Volunteer) — Pretty Music Video — Toronto — April 25 & 26

Toronto band Pretty (linktr.ee/prettytheband) is shooting a music video this weekend and is looking for actors (and dancers) of all experience levels for remaining on-screen roles.

Dates: April 25th & 26th
Volunteer roles — meals provided and time respected (very small budget, supported by an incredibly kind, generous, and talented crew — not for profit).

Email headshots or a good recent photo to casting@moodring.ca with the subject: "Pretty Same Old (role you are interested in)".

Concept: It's the last day on earth. A group of strange people are throwing an end-of-the-world party. They are members of a sun-god-worshiping cult who believe the end of the world will bring salvation — but the end of the world isn't quite what they imagined.

April 25th (short day, est. 9am-1pm, Lakeshore & Islington area)
- DOOM SAYER [Male, 50s-70s]: beard, long hair, wrinkles, baggy lived-in clothing. Yells to a crowd warning that the end is nigh.
- CONCERNED ONLOOKERS [all identities, sizes, ages 18+]: workplace-appropriate look. Gather in front of the Doom Sayer.

April 26th (full day commitment, Queen & Bathurst INT.)
- PARTY GOERS [all identities, sizes, ages 18+]: all fashion styles welcome; alternative/counter-culture looks encouraged. Dancer roles available for those who can completely lose themselves in dance. Professional dance experience a plus.
